CANCELLATIONS: All sales transactions are final. As soon as an order is received our end, our team initiates the fulfillment process (order verification, quality checks and packaging) and we apologize as it is not our corporate policy to provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase.
REFUNDS: We are happy to provide refunds for any defective products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We work hard to ensure that every individual item that departs our warehouses is not defective so that you do not have this experience. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
